Now here is the problem, uninstalling Daemon Tools does not remove the driver, this needs to be done manualy, however, if you're faced with the blue screen, you most likely won't have access to Safe Mode. What i had to do was to rollback the installation, remove the driver, THEN re-install the Vista upgrade.
